Robounoishi's album, a Tokyo-based Vocaloid/human alternative/shoegaze project.
The dense noise elements and the disquieting pitch of the performance, combined with the overwhelming sound plus Vocaloid components, mean those who can't handle it won't be able to listen at all. Musically, it carries elements inheriting the feel of 90s Japanese rock bands (and those connected to today's Japanese shoegaze scene), so it should appeal to fans of that era's indie scene. It's like MBV and SUPERCAR melted down by the internet of the 2000s and clumsily reconstructed. Truly Robounoishi(roadside stone)—whether you pick it up or not is up to your will.
