一見真っ黒なレコードジャケット、インナーも内袋もレコードカラーも黒...と思いきや、ジャケット表面は黒インクの加工が施されており、レコードのカラーもよく見るとマーブル。一聴すると激しい音の洪水で埋め尽くされているようでいて、その細部には繊細なまでに多くの感情を刻み込んだ彼らの音楽と非常に親和性のあるアートワークであり、音だけでなくフィジカル全体を通しての表現であると感じた。Instagram映え＝ルッキズムが先行していく今の世の中において、シニカルだが現実を捉えた表現であるとも言えるだろう。激情ハードコアの激しさと刹那性を含んだこの音は、音について、表現について、ただ楽しむだけじゃなくて長く吟味していきたいリスナーにとって響くだろうと思う。つまり大衆向きじゃない、大衆は甘いだけのお菓子でも食ってろ。ここには我々が抱える、"どうしようもないやるせなさ"が詰まっとるんじゃ。

At first glance, the record jacket appears completely black—the inner sleeve, the outer sleeve, and even the record itself seem black... but upon closer inspection, the jacket’s surface features a black ink finish, and the record’s color is actually marbled. At first listen, it seems to be filled with a flood of intense sound, yet the artwork is deeply compatible with their music—which is meticulously etched with a wealth of delicate emotions in its details—and I felt it was an expression conveyed not just through the sound, but through the physical object as a whole. In today’s world where “Instagrammability” and “lookism” take precedence, this could be described as a cynical yet realistic form of expression. This sound, which embodies the intensity and transience of emotional hardcore, will resonate with listeners who want to do more than just enjoy music and expression—who want to examine them deeply over time. In other words, this isn’t for the masses; let the masses just eat their sugary snacks. This record is packed with the “hopeless frustration” that we all carry inside.
