現行Screamoの4バンドによるスプリットカセットが2019年にリリース! LyticはShizuneともスプリットをリリースしている、ex.Saetia,Off Minorメンバー在籍の2人組。Off Minorの時のようなジャジーな激情要素があって、2人の編成でよりフリーキーに演奏しているような感覚、楽曲の構成美よりも演奏の爆発力のカタルシスを追求したような形だ。ただ大御所枠ではなく、いまなお現役で音楽を更新し続けているという点は言わなきゃならない。PiqueはLarry Recordsのバンドで、レーベルカラー代表するようなカオスな激情。Chivalaはイタリアの激情で、本作スプリットのクライマックスはAmitieが持って行く形になっている彼らはUSロードアイランド州プロビデンスのバンドで、最後をThis is Skramzな楽曲で締めくくる。全体がオールドスクールなようでいて、今の音楽としてScreamoを更新している、つまりは現行バンドの勢い、そしてリアルが詰まっている。なぜなら今のムードを代表できるのは今の音楽だけだから。

A split cassette from the four current Screamo bands will be released in 2019! Lytic is a two-piece duo of ex. Saetia and Off Minor members who have also released splits with Shizune. There's a jazzy, intense element to the song, and it feels like the two of them are playing in a more freaky way, pursuing the catharsis of the explosive power of the performance rather than the beauty of the composition. Pique is a Larry Records band with the chaotic passion of a label color, Chivala is an Italian passion, and Amitie takes the climax of this split with them to the US Providence, Rhode Island band that closes with a This is Skramz tune. The whole thing seems to be old school, but it's an update on Screamo as current music, which means it's packed with the momentum and realness of the current band. Because the only thing that can represent the mood right now is the music right now.
