Shin Guardとのスプリット作品も相当良かったfor your healthのデビューアルバム。複雑な展開をみせる楽曲や、不協和音を重ねていくアンサンブル、抽象的なように見えて明らかに意図的に、緻密に狙っていく「何か」。姿を変えていくShin Guard(Hazing Over)やSoul Gloといった今を更新していくバンドたちと共鳴していく彼らのパンクロックはアートワークやMVでも表現されるとおり、激情のダンス。怪しい彼らの表現は、日々希薄になっていく何かをあらわしながらも同時に、作品に参加していく仲間たちの繋がりの強さも感じさせる。
